Cojac Ltd (“Cojac”, “US”, “WE” or “OUR”) provide this privacy policy to inform the user (“Consumer”, “YOU”) of the procedures undertaken regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal or other information that is collect from the consumer at http://www.cojac.net and

This information may be collected when: you register with Cojac, make a purchase with Cojac, enter a competition with or through Cojac, contact Cojac or similar scenarios. It is important for us to keep customers secure; none of your PII will be shared with a third party. (Postal address combined with name is an exception for this, when regarding the delivery of a purchase).

 

Information Sharing and/or Disclosure:

If You Have Given Your Consent:

 

Your personal information is shared or published where you have given consent, such as in connection with a promotion where you have been awarded a prize.

 

Service Providers:

 

We may use third party companies and individuals to facilitate the services, to provide the services on our behalf, to perform Site-related services

(e.g. maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing and improvement of the services' features) or to assist us in analysing how our services are used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. However, for purchases through the store accessible via the Site, information you provide to that store will be subject to the store’s privacy policy.
